Admission
● Upon enrolment, all students and/or their parents (or legal guardians) must fill out the application form and sign the policy declaration. The Studio shall reserve the right to deny any application if the student and/or their parent (or legal guardian) refuses to confirm agreement to the school policy and / or provides us with false information.
● All communications with regards to admission, payments and class bookings shall only be made through the official communication channels of the studio via email, whatsapp or phone.
● All classes shall only be taught on site at the studio premise only unless explicitly approved by the Studio.
● The Studio shall reserve the right to forfeit all remaining class or package or credits of the students if any students and/or their parents (or legal guardians) are found to have violated this clause.
Referrals
Students and Parents are welcome to refer friends and family to participate in our courses offered. Each new student referral with class package purchase of at least HK$15,000 shall receive $300 credit. To be eligible for the referral credit, the new student must quote the referrer's name on their application form at the time of submission.
Classroom Policies
● All classes that require adult presence must be accompanied by parents only. No nannies and helpers allowed.
● No extra time shall be given if the student arrived late for class regardless of reason.
● Make Up Classes
Students are allowed to have one class rescheduling in each package purchased provided that the student/guardian provides a written notice by emailing to admin@tuttimusic.co 24 hours prior to the lesson scheduled time.
No class rescheduling allowed except:
● - Severe weather (see policy below);
● - Teacher's absence;
● - Family emergence;
● - Severe health related issue of the student;
● - Government mandated lockdown.
● We respect your privacy but for safety and security reasons, CCTV cameras are in operation within our premises including but not limited to the reception and waiting area. All personal data collected will solely be used for safety, security and other relevant purposes and will not be shared with any third party.
Payment and Refund Policies
● All sales (courses and merchandise) are final. No refund, exchange or transfer allowed.
● Instrument buyback program subject to instrument condition and inventory availability. Only merchandise store credit can be provided to buyback program participants. The studio reserved the right to refuse or suspend the program without prior notice.
● Payments are to be made only to the designated bank account as described on the invoice to the student. No payment receipt will be issued for any payment via any other unauthorized means. Class payments must be made in full prior to the start of the designated class.
● Trials class fee of up to one hours’ worth can be used to offset package fee payment of more than HK$15,000 within 14 days of the date of the trial class.
● Class packages cannot be shared with other students (immediate family included). Credit purchase of more than HK$25,000 can be shared among immediate family members but each student must purchase their own package.
Severe Weather Policy
Typhoon Warning Signal No.1 and No.3
All private and group lessons will proceed as usual. Private classes for pre-school and kindergarten students may be canceled free of charge with at least an hour's notice.
If the HK Observatory issued a warning of potential Typhoon signal No. 8 within two hours prior to opening of the Center, all classes will be suspended.
Warning Signal No.8 or above
All training courses will be suspended. Sessions will be rescheduled.
Amber Rainstorm Warning
All lesson will proceed as usual.
Red or Black Rainstorm Warning
Before commencement of lesson: All classes suspended.
During lesson: Class continues as normal. Students are advised to stay in the Studio until conditions allow for safe travel.
General Terms and Conditions
● Students and/or their parents / legal guardians / guests agree to waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on our premise resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after lesson time.
● The Studio is not responsible for any items lost or stolen on our premises for any reason whatsoever. Students and their parents / legal guardians / guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings on our premises.
● We reserve the right to claim in full any damages, costs, losses and expenses arising from any damage to our properties caused directly or indirectly by the student and/or their parents / legal guardians / guests to the student's account.
● We reserve the right to ask persons behaving inappropriately to leave the premises immediately.
● We reserve the right to disallow a student to continue lessons if the student and / or their parent / legal guardian does not behave in an appropriate and respectful manner.
